2018

The Beginning

Two friends with a passion for authentic Mexican cuisine decided to bring real Mexican flavors to Australia. Extensive research and recipe development began.

2019

First Location

Opened our first restaurant in Sydney, serving traditional burritos, tacos, and quesadillas made with authentic ingredients imported from Mexico.

2020

Expansion Begins

Despite challenges, we expanded to Melbourne and Brisbane, adapting our service model to include delivery and takeaway options while maintaining quality.

National Recognition
